Automotive Functional Safety Consultant (m/f/d)

YOUR CHALLENGE

Enrich our cybersecurity projects with your functional safety expertise to take customer projects to the next level
Develop strategies for the implementation of ISO 26262 and to ensure the integration of functional safety concepts on organization and project level for automotive manufacturers and suppliers worldwide
Analyze system architecture, hardware and embedded software for weaknesses regarding functional safety requirements with methods like HARA, FTA or FMEA
Ensure evidence for achieved functional safety during the customer's development process
Prepare and support safety assessments and audits for safety relevant projects
Become familiar with automotive cybersecurity and the ISO/SAE 21434 step by step

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent qualification
Minimum two years of work experience in the automotive industry
Very Good knowledge in handling the ISO 26262 on management or engineering perspective, experience with ISO/PAS 21448 (SOTF) is an advantage.
Basic knowledge in independent working methods
Business fluent in English is mandatory, German is an advantage
